Meet your NHL 15 cover athlete: Patrice Bergeron, Center for the Boston Bruins. It was revealed during the 2014 NHL Awards that he beat out P.K. Subban, Defenseman for the Montreal Canadiens.
Being featured on the cover of NHL 15 is a dream come true," said Bergeron. "The fact that the cover is selected entirely by fans is an incredible feeling. The passion and support from hockey fans, especially Bruins fans, is unlike any other sport and I'm so grateful to everyone who voted for me."
NHL 15 will mark the franchise's debut on the PlayStation 4 and Xbox One. Aside from improved visuals, new features include improved arenas, play-by-play by NBC's Doc Emrick and Eddie Olczyk with TSN's Ray Ferraro joining as on-ice analyst.
It releases September 9th and will also be available on both the Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3.
I bet Patrick Kane's play-off mullet will look absolutely gorgeous on the Xbox One and PS4.
