Microsoft collaborating with third-party studio on new AAA title

A new job listing from Microsoft shows the company is working on a currently unannounced AAA game, which will be developed in collaboration with “external game developers”—that is to say, a third-party studio.

The job listing, for the position of Senior Producer, reads:

“Microsoft Studios is looking for a Senior Producer to drive the future of gaming through AAA core games and service-based experiences, technology, and business models. You will work with AAA external game developers and an internal team of top-notch, experienced, cross-discipline employees in Microsoft’s Xbox organization.”

Of course, boilerplate job requisites and pretty words from Microsoft offer little in the way of explaining just what sort of game we're talking about. That said, E3 is, what, five minutes away? So at the very least, we can expect to hear what this mystery game, and its unnamed development partner, is in the coming days.
