Microsoft-employee white Xbox One up for auction

The Microsoft-employee exclusive white Xbox One — the one given to members of Microsoft's Interactive Entertainment Business team (the group responsible for the Xbox One) — is available for purchase through auction website, eBay.

Although Microsoft has previously hosted a charity auction for the special Xbox One, which features the "I MADE THIS" and "Launch Team 2013" phrases, this one appears to be from a private entity looking to make a quick buck.

The Xbox One "I Made This" console is being bundled with a white controller from eBay user "untitledguitar16" who notes that this version is not available for retailer sale and were "only given to Xbox employees who worked on it." It's unclear if the person selling the item is actually a Microsoft employee.

The Microsoft-hosted white Xbox One auction raised $11,300 for the Wounded Warrior Project charity. The current bid for this Xbox One sits at $2,699.95.
