Codes for the PC version of Quantum Break will be released in waves over the next 7 to 10 days for those that pre-ordered the Xbox One version of the game and recieved the PC version as a bonus. Gamers that pre-orded the game have become upset that they are not able to play both the Xbox One and PC version at the same time.
A refund is being offered for Quantum Break over this issue, though it is not easy to get.
According to Xbox Support on Twitter, Microsoft is offering refunds for disappointed customers who thought that they would get their PC codes right away. Since the information on when all of the pre-order codes would come were insufficient a refund can be requested.
So if you are one of those disappointed customers then contact the Xbox Support on Twitter and they will help you. Some comments suggests that it might not be all that easy to get a refund, but stand your ground and they will help you.
