The Halo: Master Chief Collection made its way to the Xbox One around mid-November and it has had its fair share of issues since it launched.
The issues are still so prevalent that Xbox boss, Phil Spencer, is still still taking to Twitter to apologize and reassure fans over the issues plaguing Master Chief Collection.
What is Microsoft doing to calm down the fan base? Well, if you purchased the Master Chief Collection already…nothing. If you're lucky enough to have held off on buying it, they are offering you a little something extra. The entire month of December will bring 15,000 reward credits on Xbox Live to those that purchase Halo: Master Chief Collection. The credits are being given through the Xbox Live Rewards program and since its reveal has been rubbing day one adopters of the game the wrong way.
If I purchased the game on day one and saw 15K rewards credits getting handed out not even a month after the games release, I think I'd be upset (and feeling like I should get the credits too).
