Microsoft reveals Galaga for Xbox One via backward compatibility

Microsoft has revealed another backwards compatible game for the Xbox One, and no, before you ask it's not a AAA game. It's the arcade classic, Galaga.

Galaga was originally released on the Xbox 360 in 2006, but the game originally made its arcade cabinet release back in 1981.

The backwards compatible game has not changed in any respect. The gameplay is still the same, you'll be moving your ship around to evade debris, fire your weapons at aliens and hope you don't lose your ship. If you previously owned the game on the Xbox 360, you can download the game for free or purchase it on the Xbox Live Marketplace for $4.99.
