Microsoft’s free-to-play World Series of Poker: Full House Pro heading to XBLA and Windows 8

A new free-to-play poker game is heading to Microsoft's Xbox 360 and Windows 8 platforms. Titled World Series of Poker: Full House Pro, the game aims to stay "true to the WSOP brand."

World Series of Poker: Full House Pro looks to build upon the success of current XBLA entry Full House Poker, offering new game modes, real world casinos, and the ability to resume gameplay across Xbox 360 or Windows 8.

Every day you'll receive a free stack of chips to kick start your climb up the leaderboard. There are a variety of game modes ranging from single-player, to single-table games, to full-blown tournaments. During your game, ESPN announcers Lon McEachern and Norman Chad provide commentary during play.

World Series of Poker: Full House Pro will arrive in spring 2013.
