With June rapidly approaching, the speculation leading up to this year's E3 is starting. Contribuing to the hype train is Mr. Xbox himself, Phil Spencer.
Teasing Microsoft's plans for E3 2015, Spencer revealed that a "new exclusive IP" will be shown.
@Masih3KA We should have new exclusive IP at E3. I'm trying to make this E3 more about 1st party than past E3s.

Adding to his initial statement, Spencer even hinted that this year's E3 will be different from the past.
@HammerOfGodz @Masih3KA I agree. Means this years E3 might feel different from past E3s but I like focusing on our games.

He went as far as to say this might even be the best first-party content year ever, but didn't ignore the third party games either.
@thekeenpaladin This is going to be a fun year. I think it might be our best 1st party content year ever.

@bmuny101 @aceitman @Masih3KA And to be clear we will have 3rd party deals, it's just, imo, important to focus on and support our 1st party.

Either way, it sounds like Microsoft will have a huge focus on games this year. Following a fairly disappointing 2013 E3, Microsoft made it an emphasis to talk games at E3 2014, and they didn't disappoint. The entire hour-long conference was jam-packed with new game reveals, much to the delight of Xbox owners. Lets hope they can recreate that magic this year.
I'd say let the speculation begin, but this is going to be a new IP, sooo….
