Microsoft trademarks ‘Forzavista’; expanding upon Forza’s Autovista mode?

We may have gotten our first clue about the next Forza game, presumably to appear on the next Xbox. Microsoft has filed a new trademark for something called "Forzavista." Being the awesome video game journalist that I am, I was able to deduce that this has something to do with the Forza Motorsport series.

And now it's time for the hard-hitting questions. Will this be the next entry in the popular Xbox racing simulator series or just a feature? Intuition (or the trademark's description, rather) tells me that it's likely an expansion or rebranding of the series' "Autovista" feature, which allows you to get up close, nice-and-deep-like, to many of the game's cars (including Halo 4's Warthog).

The trademark's description reads: "A feature of interactive video game software which allows players to obtain statistical information of internal and external features of a vehicle and to virtually navigate and operate those vehicles."

So now the only question that remains is when Microsoft will lift the curtain on this new trademark. Perhaps tomorrow during the next Xbox unveil? Given that the next-gen Xbox reveal will be a two-part series, with games coming at E3, we can probably rule out any possibility for an answer coming tomorrow. #GamesJournalism!
