Microsoft will replace your noisy Xbox One

Apparently users are finding their Xbox Ones to be a little too noisy. So much, in fact, that there are already numerous threads made on on the Xbox Support pages.

However, there are apparently two kinds of noises that can come from your Xbox One; noise from the disc drive and noise while you're on the Dashboard. Apparently, Microsoft will only offer to fix up your console if you have a problem with the latter. This is the official response:

If you are experiencing the console noise on the dashboard, please try to return your console to the retailer you purchased it from. If this is not possible, or you already have and you're still hearing the console noise, please do set up a repair through us. You can do so by using either the Online Service Center or by contacting support.

So if you are experiencing noise issues while on the Dashboard, make sure to either contact your retailer or send it over to Microsoft.
