Mojang has decided to change the price for Minecraft around the world, a change which will affect most regions that aren't the USA.
According to Gamespot Mojang decided that the price of Minecraft on PC (the Java version, console, Windows 10, and pocket versions stay the same) should be changed to better align with the United States dollar, which means that prices will be changed to better reflect the $26.95 that Minecraft costs in the US.
This change will be implemented on May 23 and places like Sweden, New Zealand, the Euro Zone, Canada, and more will have to pay more for Minecraft. Check out the list bellow to see the change in your region.
If you live in one of the affected regions then buying Minecraft now before the price is change might be a smart move, otherwise you'll have to spend more cash for the same product.
