Minecraft: PS4 Edition releasing tomorrow

Well, it's a little later than we expected, but Sony has finally confirmed that Minecraft will be released for PlayStation 4 tomorrow.

According to an updated blog post, Minecraft: PS4 Edition will be available digitally on the PlayStation Store Thursday, September 4, before 12:00pm Pacific (3:00pm Eastern). It will be priced at $19.99; however, an upgrade option is available to any existing PS3 Edition owners for just $4.99. Additionally, existing players will be able to import their PS3 saves to the PS4 Edition. And with worlds in the PS4 Edition being 36 times as big as the ones offered in PS3 Edition, you're going to want to upgrade.
