Minecraft: Story Mode has been available on the PC/Mac, PS4, PS3, Xbox One, and Xbox 360 since October of last year. It even hit the mobile gaming world soon after by releasing on Android and iOS devices.
All the while, Wii U owners were patiently awaiting the release of the game since the console was added to the release list in August. Well, it's finally time for the episodic Telltale game to makes its Wii U debut.
This Thursday, January 21st, Nintendo and Telltale Games will finally come together for the release of Minecraft: Story Mode. The first episode, "The Order of the Stone," will be available on the Wii U eShop for $4.99, with a Season Pass to be offered in the future.
Like the traditional Minecraft for Wii U, the Wii U version of Gamepad for Minecraft: Story Mode will feature off-TV play and mirroring through the GamePad.
