The Xbox One, PS4, and PS Vita versions of Minecraft could release towards the end of August, if online retailer Gameseek is correct in its listings. Though it's unlikely the August 29th date assigned to each version is correct for all regions, it could give us a better indication of when to expect the insanely popular sandbox adventure to release. Of course, it could also be a placeholder. With no official word from Mojang it's hard to tell.
It's worth pointing out, however, that an August release does fall in line with Mojang's "Q2/Q3" estimate they gave to PlayStation fans for the Vita and PS4 versions. Earlier this month, when announcing the physical disc release of Minecraft: PS3 Edition, Mojang's Owen Hill apologized for the delay of the other versions, saying "making Minecraft happen is serious business."
News regarding the Xbox One version has been equally as bare. Despite being announced back at E3 2013, Mojang still has no firm release date. Mojang's Daniel Kaplan did reiterate that "It is coming, eventually!"
