Arriving alongside news of a closed beta for Mirror's Edge Catalyst was a new story trailer for DICE's upcoming game.
The trailer provides more insight on the game's main character, Faith Connors, and the events that will unfold in the free-running sequel.
Recently out of prison, Faith finds herself "running for something more important" when she crosses paths with the evil Gabriel Kruger and the Conglomerate, a powerful, oppressive group that keeps control over the city of Glass.
In addition to story, the trailer also showcases Mirror's Edge Catalyst's fluid movement and Faith's combat skills which, playing off the name of the game, serve as a "catalyst" of change.
Following a delay, Mirror's Edge Catalyst is now set to release on May 24, 2016 for the PS4, Xbox One and PC.
