Modders took Skyrim and converted it into a brand new game, Enderal

While Bethesda has been hard at working making the remaster of Skyrim, a prettier version of the game that released in 2011, modders have been hard at work on something entirely different. There are countless mods that make Skyrim look better, but this mod doesn't simply do that… it overhauls the game and makes it into an entirely new game.

Enderal takes Skyrim and coverts it into a brand new game set in its own world, with its own landscape, lore and story. Amongst the new features, players will find an "overhauled skill systems and gameplay mechanics and a dark, psychological storyline."

The non-commercially developed mod, created by SureAI – the same folks behind the Oblivion mod 'Nehrim: At Fate´s Edge,' will be available to anyone that owns the PC version of Skyrim. No extra DLC content will be necessary.

The German version of the mod will release between July 1 – 3 and the English release will come at the end of July.
