Modern Warfare 3 Leads UK Charts for Fourth Week Straight, FIFA 12 Jumps to Second

For the fourth week in a row, Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 sits atop the U.K. All Format Charts.  For the week ending December 3rd, Activision's Modern Warfare 3 remains in the top spot, followed by FIFA 12 and Assassin's Creed: Revelations.

In a suprising jump from 5th to 2nd, FIFA 12 leaped Skyrim, Saints Row: The Third, and Assassin's Creed: Revelations to claim the number two spot.

In terms of new releases, things have cooled off with the only new addition being Mario Kart 7 finishing 8th.  WWE '12 which was 6th last week, fell out of top 10, all the way to 14th.

The full top 10 as of the week ending December 3, 2011 include:

  1. Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3
  2. FIFA 12
  3. Assassin’s Creed: Revelations
  4. Just Dance 3
  5. The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim
  6. Saints Row: The Third
  7. Professor Layton and the Spectre’s Call
  8. Mario Kart 7
  9. Battlefield 3
  10. Super Mario 3D Land

Overall, there was quite a shake-up in top 10 rankings, but it was mostly the same games from last week just swapping positions.  With FIFA 12's sudden rise, it'll be interesting to see if it can overtake Modern Warfare 3.
