Monster Hunter 4 Ultimate gets free Legend of Zelda DLC today

Along with quests, weapons and armor

If you're a Monster Hunter 4 Ultimate player, then today is a good day indeed. The March DLC Pack is available to download today, and it's completely free. You heard right. You don't have to pay a thing to add a slew of new items and quests to your game.

The big highlight here is the Legend of Zelda collaboration, which allows players to unlock the green tunic as armor, as well as the Hero's Sword and Hylian Shield and a Hero's Bow. You'll be able to craft these weapons and armor when undertaking the new Three Virtues quest, which will have you gathering all three pieces of the Triforce, though be prepared to face off against three enemies. Yikes!

There are also two fan-made weapons in the pack, the Emperor's Speech and Clockwork, the latter which I can't wait to get my hands on, since it's a steampunk looking Insect Glaive. We're also getting the never before released in the US Universal Studios Japan collaboration, which will have you take on two frenzied monsters, which will also allow you to craft some sweet armor and a matching Longsword.

Here is the full breakdown of all the new content, courtesy of Capcom Unity:
