Just days before the Tokyo Game Show, more rumors of an HD remake of Team ICO’s PlayStation 2 classics ICO and Shadow of the Colossus have come to light.
We have learned of a Wal-Mart listing for the collection. According to Walmart.com, the game will be available sometime around April and retail for $39.82.
Also making the rounds today is that “industry sources” have told Eurogamer that the ICO/Shadow of the Colossus collection for the PS3 will be available in March or April of next year.
A while back, we also heard that Fumito Ueda, who heads Team ICO, teased about a reveal at TGS via Twitter with the following message: “Yes, it’s me. Thank you for the support. We should be able to show something at Tokyo Game Show, so look forward to it.” (Translation by Andriasang)
Could we be getting a confirmation of this bundle and a possible release date/window for The Last Guardian? Maybe at TGS.
