NetherRealm Studios plans to release a new gameplay video next week featuring the characters included in Mortal Kombat X's Kombat Pack 2. Series co-creator Ed Boon made the announcement via Twitter, sharing a photo of the newcomers.
First teased back in December, Mortal Kombat X's Kombat Pack 2 will include four new characters: Leatherface from The Texas Chainsaw Massacre; the Xenomorph from the classic sci-fi horror franchise Alien (and rival of Predator, who is already in the game); Bo Rai Cho, master of the drunken fist; and new Kombatant Tri-Borg, a mash-up of series favorites Cyrax, Sektor, and Robot Smoke.
These four new characters will arrive sometime during the first quarter of this year, presumably soon given the upcoming gameplay trailer.
