Mortal Kombat X PC system requirements revealed

We have about two months until Mortal Kombat X makes its official release on the PlayStation 4, PlayStation 3, Xbox One, Xbox 360, and PC. That's enough time to make the toughest choice of all, what platform to get it on.

If you're going with PC, you might have to tweak your rig a bit. The system requirements aren't too hefty, but MKX will take up quite a bit of room; and the developers are recommending you run on an i7 processor (or the AMD FX-8350).

Yesterday, we saw the reveal of the game's special editions, unfortunately PC players are limited to one special edition (while the PS4 and Xbox One have four):

MINIMUM:

OS: 64-bit: Vista, Win 7, Win 8

Processor: Intel Core i5-750, 2.67 GHz | AMD Phenom II X4 965, 3.4 GHz

Memory: 3 GB RAM

Graphics: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 460 | AMD Radeon HD 5850

DirectX: Version 11

Network: Broadband Internet connection

Hard Drive: 25 GB available space

RECOMMENDED:

OS: 64-bit: Win 7, Win 8

Processor: Intel Core i7-3770, 3.4 GHz | AMD FX-8350, 4.0 GHz

Memory: 8 GB RAM

Graphics: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 660 | AMD Radeon HD 7950

DirectX: Version 11

Network: Broadband Internet connection

Hard Drive: 40 GB available space
