NetherRealm has revealed the first official TV spot for Mortal Kombat X and it's just one giant throwback to 1993. The first Mortal Kombat came in came in the early 90s and the first TV trailer to go alongside it had people running through the streets to watch a fight (yelling MORTAL KOMBAT! over and over again).
The new version of the trailer, created for Mortal Kombat X, has System of a Down's Chop Suey playing and lots of people running to see a fight. One that ends almost as soon as it begins.
If you're in the mood for the most recent gameplay trailer, check out the Liu Kang Trailer! Mortal Kombat X is hitting the Xbox One, PS4, and PC on April 14, and the Xbox 360 and PS3 at a later date.
