Mortal Kombat X Shaolin trailer confirms the return of Liu Kang

Not only is Russia getting a Halo PC game that the rest of the world isn't, it also got a Mortal Kombat X trailer that no one else did. I don't know what Vladimir Putin is doing for these game developers, but needless to say… I'm jealous.

The Mortal Kombat X trailer was released to Maxim Russia and it confirms Liu Kang as a playable character. It also gives us a detailed look at Kung Lao and Kung Jin who is new to the series. You may also notice Bo' Rai Cho at :05 seconds, it's unconfirmed whether or not he will be a playable Kombatant.

The trailer is bloody, really bloody and it has some gurgling death sounds in it that don't bode well for the faint of heart. Liu Kang's fatality will make you speachless, seriously…the guy rips your throat out then shoves it in your mouth. The trailer confirms undead skins for Kombatants (Undead Sindel and Kitana can be seen here).

Mortal Kombat X is set to release on Xbox One, PS4, and PC on April 14.
