The Mount & Blade franchise is quietly one of the most popular there is on PC. It's a smorgasbord of genres including role-playing, strategy, and action, and is known for its large competitive multiplayer battles. After showing off gameplay and a trailer at last year's E3, developer TaleWorlds Entertainment is ready for people outside their studio to get their hands on the game. They have announced that the game will appear and be playable at E3 2017.
TaleWorlds' Managing Director, Ali Erkin said:
"We are excited to see how attendees react to playing Bannerlord and receive feedback on the game. Putting the game in the hands of players represents another major milestone as we work towards a release."
Speaking of release, there's still no word on a date or even time frame when Mount & Blade II: Bannerlord will come out. However, given that the game appeared on the PC Gaming Show last year, it wouldn't be a shock if TaleWorlds made an encore appearance and used the platform to announce the date.
The PC Gaming Show is going down on Monday, June 12th at 10 AM PST/1 PM EST.
