Oddworld Inhabitants is delaying the PlayStation Vita version of platformer Oddworld: Munch's Oddysee, according to a blog post.
This is because the giant language update (along with other fixes) for the PlayStation 3 version is also on hold.
"The last time I updated you on Munch’s Oddysee HD on PS3 and Vita, I was expecting the PS3 version to be ready and done and for the Vita version to be launching in the following weeks after that," wrote the developer, referring to a post in October.
"Unfortunately, during the last round of FQA testing, it was discovered that some of the foreign language assets were missing from key parts near the end of the game. As such, we find ourselves trying to find versions of the dialogue that we’re currently missing.
"We have some 15TB of data to go through to try and find the missing items."
The developer did not provide an estimation for release but said it would deliver a stream of updates "every step of the way."
Munch's Oddysee released for PlayStation Network in December last year. It launched on Xbox in 2001 and has since come to Game Boy Advance in 2003 and Steam in 2010.
