Myth and sorcery: Kodoku brings paranormal horror to PS4 and Vita in 2015

Indie developer Carnivore Studio is working on a paranormal-horror game for PlayStation 4 and PS Vita.

Due in early 2015, Kodoku is a weapons-free horror title (we're seeing more of those lately) where players use stealth and sorcery to survive the haunting of the titular island, Kodoku. Paranormal entities from Japanese myth infest the abandoned island and interfere with your quest to obtain a rare book.

Kodoku is part investigation, as you'll uncover the secrets of the strange phenomena, and part stealth, as you can hide from and distract enemies to get around. A simple crafting system enables the use of sorcery spells, which can assist with escaping foes and solving puzzles.

This is the first title from Carnivore Studio.
