Namco Announces "Namco Museum Battle Collection"

NAMCO ANNOUNCES "NAMCO MUSEUM(TM) BATTLE
COLLECTION"

"Galaga," "Pac-Man," "Dig Dug" and Other
Arcade Classics are Coming to the PSP(TM) Portable Entertainment System

SANTA CLARA, Calif., (April 19, 2005) –
Global video games publisher, Namco Hometek Inc. today announced "Namco
Museum(TM) Battle Collection" for the PSP(TM) portable entertainment system.
Offering new and original versions of some of Namco’s most beloved arcade
classics including "Galaga," "Pac-Man" and "Dig Dug," the game will be released
with U.S. exclusive titles this summer for the ultimate handheld arcade
experience.

Originally released earlier this year in
Japan, the U.S. version will be graced with 10 exclusive classics. "Xevious," "Bosconian,"
"Mappy," "Tower of Druaga," "Dragon Buster," "Grobda," "Dig Dug 2," "King &
Balloon" and others bring the total to more than 20 titles.

these timeless games to a whole new generation of gamers with ‘Namco Museum

An all-new treatment of its classics for
Sony’s new portable platform, "Namco Museum Battle Collection" brings together
many of Namco’s most beloved arcade franchises. Taking full advantage of the PSP
system’s wireless connectivity, the game allows up to four gamers to battle it
out or play together on these updated classics. Players will also be able to
share the great nostalgic gameplay of the original titles with their friends in
the Game Sharing Mode by transferring wirelessly to another PSP system.
