Ace Combat X: Skies of Deception
NAMCO BANDAI Games’ unveiled today new
information and screens on the first three missions featured in the highly
anticipated Ace Combat X: Skies of Deception. They have also released the
official opening cinematic for the game which can be downloaded from the link

MISSION ONE: Skies of Deception
Ten days have passed since the Democratic Republic of Leasath’s unexpected
attack. The frontier outpost of Aubrey Base – the Federal Republic of Aurelia’s
last standing stronghold – detected an approaching Leasath squadron only moments
before the strike. The Griffith Squadron, lead by you, Griffith 1, scrambles
from Aubrey Base in a last-ditch effort to destroy the enemy bombers and save
the base!
MISSION TWO: Out of the Fire
Having suffered a tremendous blow in the battle at Aubrey Base, the Griffith
Squadron has to rebuild the devastated squadron and raid the enemy’s makeshift
supply depot located on Puna Plain in order to replenish depleted supplies. Puna
Plain also acts as a gateway to Patterson Harbor, a critical Leasath site adding
strategic significance to the raid. Strike the Leasath forces while their guards
are down, crippling the grounded enemy air power!
MISSION THREE: Prelude
Experiencing heavy losses in the attack on their Puna Base, the Leasath
forces have begun shipping supplies to Patterson Harbor in order to win back
their site. Being an important strategic location for Aurelia as well, the enemy
must not be allowed to replenish their depleted supplies. Stop the landing-craft
invasion and take back Patterson Harbor!
