NBA 2K12 Demo Now Available for Xbox 360, PS3 Later Today

The official NBA season may be in doubt, but that hasn’t stopped 2K Games from going on as planned.

Today, they released the NBA 2K12 demo for Xbox 360. The same demo will be available for PS3 users later today.

The demo is 1.1 GB in size, so those with smaller HDD might think about clearing some space.

The demo is pretty restrictive. Players can only play a rematch of the NBA Championship game between the Miami Heat and the Dallas Mavericks, where they can only play as the eventual-champs, the Mavs. To reduce size, commentary as been left out. The demo consists of only one, four-minute quarter. Don’t expect to get fancy as you can run plays, change difficulty sliders, options, or camera views.

Download the demo here.
