Need For Speed: Payback debuts the 2018 BMW M5; First look

For the first time ever, BMW is debuting a brand new car in a video game! EA and BMW have partnered up to reveal the all-new 2018 BMW M5! This new M5 is the first M series to feature xDrive all-wheel-drive system and Need For Speed: Payback players will be some of the first people to get behind the wheel of the 2018 BMW M5 when the game releases on November 10th.

The cool thing about the xDrive all-wheel-drive system is that it has the capability to switch between all wheel and rear wheel drive almost instantly.

Before this announcement became official, the new M5 snuck its way into the box art for Need For Speed: Payback. The cover features a blue M5, but not any current models – it was an early tease of the new 2018 M5!

(It's the one in blue, just in case)
