Need for Speed Rivals races onto Xbox One and PS4 on Nov. 22

Electronic Arts announced today the November 22nd release of Need for Speed Rivals for Xbox One and PlayStation 4. This is a week after the PS4's launch and the exact same day the Xbox One will be available.

In Europe, the game will release on the respective launch dates for each platform, November 22nd for Xbox One and November 29 for PS4.

Need for Speed Rivals puts gamers behind the wheel of both sides of the law, daring them to cross the line as either a cop or racer in order to gain any advantage in the street’s ultimate rivalry. Players will choose between two distinct career experiences, each with their own set of high-stakes challenges, rewards, pursuit tech and cars.

Using AllDrive technology, Need for Speed Rivals looks to destroy the line between single-player, co-op, and multiplayer by seamlessly connecting all players into one racing world.

Meanwhile, current-gen console owners can look forward to the game on Xbox 360, PS3, and PC on November 19th in North America and November 22nd in Europe.
