Netflix’s ‘Stranger Things’ is like someone mashed up Steven Spielberg and Stephen King for something great

Netflix has been pumping out the production on their original shows. They have released so many shows lately that it might be hard to even keep track of what is going on in the Netflix world. Especially when there are shows like Daredevil and Jessica Jones on there.

Netflix has released a trailer for their new original show, Stranger Things and it looks awesome. The show pretty much screams Steven Spielberg and Stephen King, but neither of the two are attached to the project. Matt Duffer and Ross Duffer (Wayward Pines, Hidden) are acting as the writers, directors and co-showrunners of the series, and are executive producers along with Shawn Levy and Dan Cohen.

Stranger Things stars Winona Ryder, David Harbour, Finn Wolfhard, Millie Brown, Gaten Matarazzo, Caleb McLaughlin, Noah Schnapp, Natalia Dyer, Cara Buono, Charlie Heaton, and Matthew Modine.

All episodes will be available on Netflix on July 15th.
