Throughout Marvel's comics there are a decent amount of strong female characters. Director Joss Whedon and Marvel's Kevin Feige recognize this and look to highlight the Black Widow and Scarlet Witch in the male cast heavy Avengers: Age of Ultron.
Joss Whedon, Marvel's Kevin Feige, Scarlet Johansson (Black Widow) and Elizabeth Olsen (Scarlet Witch) sat down to talk about their roles in Age of Ultron, while showing off a couple clips from the film.
Through Scarlet Witch and Black Widow, Whedon and Feige are "broadening the world."
Just because Marvel released the official final trailer, that doesn't mean they are through. Since the final trailer they have revealed a featurette on the films story and a Hulk and Iron Man movie clip.
