Spider-Man has a rocky history in the video game world. Some of his games like Spider-Man 2 are absolutely incredible but some of them are… well, we'd really just like to forget about some of them. With Insomniac Games' PS4 exclusive Spider-Man game, it looks like we're going to get something truly special that delivers on all fronts from story to gameplay.
While we have quite a ways to go until launch, Insomniac shared a passionate behind the scenes video at the D23 Expo. While most of the gameplay is from what appears to be an alternate playthrough of the E3 demo, we also got some new footage of Spidey swinging through the city and leaping over buildings and obstacles. The footage also showcased some gorgeous concept art. You can check out the video below.
Spider-Man releases exclusively on PS4 in 2018.
