New Bloodborne enemies to be revealed this week

Fans interested in the challenge that awaits them with Bloodborne will want to keep their eyes open this week as developer FromSoftware has promised more details on the game's enemy coming this week.

Over on the official Bloodborne Twitter account, FromSoftware teased a screenshot of a cropped giant-looking thing. "We'll have an update about new enemies on [December 18]," the developer said. "We hope you'll like it."

Earlier this month at PlayStation Experience, FromSoftware revealed the Chalice Dungeon, a new procedurally generated area beneath the city of Yharnam that promises players a unique challenge. A few new enemies were shown off during the panel, but it sounds like this week's look will be at the actual enemies you'll encounter in the main story. We also went hands-on with a small section of Bloodborne's campaign, which you can read more about here.
