The new, eagerly awaited Deadpool trailer will arrive on Christmas Day, not with the previews of Star Wars: The Force Awakens, as many (including us) had previously speculated.
The confirmation was made over the weekend as Deadpool, "the other jolly guy in a red suit with a lap worth sitting on," announced plans to release his "holiday cheer" over the next 12 days.
Starting today and continuing up until the trailer's debut on December 25th, a new site will reveal a "tasty treat" regarding the upcoming film. Up first is Entertainment Weekly which released a fresh poster showing off the adult humor of the movie.
If you recall, the Alberta Film Ratings classification website did reveal a total of three trailers. It appears we'll still be getting an IMAX 3D exclusive trailer ahead of Star Wars: The Force Awakens, while the full green band trailer will air on ABC on Christmas Day with the more adult-centered red band, as previously assumed, debuting online around the same time.
