New ‘Doctor Strange’ featurette gives us a look at the movie’s extra-dimensional trippiness

The latest 'Doctor Strange' featurette focuses on the trippiness of exploring extra-dimensional territory in the MCU. Check it out above!

The premiere of 'Doctor Strange' is only a few short weeks away, but its possible audiences may not be prepared for the trippiness coming our way. Kevin Feige explains in the latest featurette how 'Doctor Strange' plans to be like nothing mainstream audiences have ever seen before.

Both Feige and Benedict Cumberbatch detail the structure of the world they are building. Doctor Strange deals in extra-dimensions, parallel worlds, and multiverses, all constructs of planes beyond normal understanding. It looks like the movie plans to capture the psychadelic visual style of the comic in the 60's and beyond. The first time anything similar was seen in a Marvel movie was the "quantum realm" from 'Ant-Man', but it looks like that was nothing more than a taste.

We won't fully know how much 'Doctor Strange' will capture the mind-bending concepts on the table until it premieres, but we'll all have a new understanding of the universe before the Infinity War shakes its foundations.

Doctor Strange premieres November 4th!
