New GTA Online Independence Day content leaks online

Every year, Rockstar Games celebrates America's most iconic holiday, Independence Day, the day we celebrate the country's independence from the British. Most people celebrate with fireworks, barbecues, and parades but Rockstar is a bit more hardcore.

They release a wave of GTA Online content available for a limited time which includes all sorts of patriotic gear. Firework launchers, American themed monster trucks, whacky American clothes, and much more. If a leak is to be believed, this year Rockstar will be decking out all sorts of weapons with USA-themed camos.

The camos for your guns will set you back $100,000 each and can be applied to just about every MK2 weapon type if you've purchased a bunker and have been taking advantage of the benefits it offers. In addition to that, you can deck out your Moblie Operations Center (if you already bought one) to show off how much of a patriot you are. You can see prices and images below.

  • Stars & Stripes – $100,000
  • Eagle Claw – $135,000
  • Eagle Claw Flag – $170,000
  • Forever Fighting Freedom – $200,000

We can probably expect the Independence Day update for Grand Theft Auto V to drop on the week of July 4th.
