New multiplayer content available for The Last of Us on PS4 and PS3

Naughty Dog has announced plans to release new multiplayer items and gestures for The Last of Us on both PS4 and PS3.

Following today's PlayStation Store update, you'll be able to purchase the Grit and Gear Bundle along with new Gestures. As you can see by the image, the Grit and Gear bundle includes six cosmetic items that will turn you into one tough dude for $6.99. You will also be able to buy the new Gestures individually or grab all three in a bundle for $2.49.

Looking ahead to next week, Naughty Dog will be releasing the Professional Sports Bundle which offers seven sports-themed cosmetic items for $7.99.

"We have more Add-On content coming two weeks from now," added Naughty Dog community strategist Eric Monacelli. "From that drop we revealed one map and showed off some of the new weapons on our Twitch channel in July. We’ll detail another new map, the weapons, and some new bundles over the next couple of weeks. Be sure to watch our social channels for latest The Last of Us news and Add-On content all month long."
