New Mythical Pokemon available to download for free today

For long time fans of Pokemon, 2016 is a great year. Not only are we getting brand new core entries in the series with Pokemon Sun and Moon, but each month we get a new (and free) legendary Pokemon to download, so that we don't have to waste our time hoping to sucker someone into a one-sided trade on the GTS.

This month's new mythical Pokemon is Gen 3's Jirachi. Jirachi is known as the Wish Maker Pokemon, who is known to make any wish come true, provided it's written on one of the notes attached to its adorable head.

Frankly, most trainers have been wishing just to own a Jirachi more than anything. Jirachi is compatible with Pokemon X, Y, Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire, so you must own at least one of those to get the download. Or if you have all four, you can get four Jirachis (which is way better than one).
