New PlayStation 4 update allows users to create gifs and memes

The internet loves gifs and memes, Twitter and Facebook users consume them like food. Gifs allow people to make funny, short clips that can describe their mood or to send to someone as a reaction. They are used all over the internet and many gifs comes from video games!

PlayStation has added the ability for users to create memes and gifs through their Sharefactory app on PS4 so you can share your funny moments and memes to the internet! On top of that, they've also added the ability to create photo collages! You can view an example of that below.

The update also has other new features like PS4 Pro support and more, you can view the other features below.

  • Projects now export up to 20% faster
  • Pan & Zoom on your gameplay videos
  • New Sharefactory troll stickers
  • New font for “Internet meme”
  • Split clip feature can now be utilized on Track 2
  • Refreshed UI
