This new trailer by Capcom shows our mind wiped friend, Nilin, on a mission in Remember Me. She needs to access the memories of a female architect to get some floor plans, I assume. Through stealth, acrobatics, and martial arts, Nilin navigates through neo-Paris. At the end, she happens to run into a festive boss type character.
In Remember Me, you play as a memory hunter. These people have the ability to wipe and alter memories in people’s minds. That’s all fine and nice, but once Nilin get her mind wiped, her occupation changes into a new task of relearning her identity and to change the world from what she’s learned. It’s cyberpunk without pesky guns; sort of how Sleeping Dogs was modern age without guns. We like that.
