Looking to offer prospective 2DS owners more variety, Nintendo has revealed a brand new "Sea Green" 2DS handheld system. As you can see from the image, the Sea Green 2DS boasts a white front and back with sea green accents on the directional pad, face buttons and stylus. It'll retail for $129.99 and will be available in North America on June 6, which just so happens to be the same day Tomodachi Life releases.
With the addition of the Sea Green color, Nintendo fans now have the option to choose between the traditional red and blue options, as well as the Peach Pink which is available exclusively at GameStop.
The 2DS was released back in October of 2012 as an alternative option for players to enjoy Nintendo's mobile games. It still offers all the same functionality as the 3DS, minus the ability to play games in 3D. It also ditches the clamshell design of the DS and 3DS models in favor of a slate-like design.
