New Silent Hill coming from Hideo Kojima, Guillermo Del Toro, to star TWD’s Norman Reedus

PlayStation gamers who picked up the playable P.T. demo on PlayStation Network earlier today may have been surprised to learn that the gameplay snippet is, in fact, a disguised teaser for a new Silent Hill.

The new project, dubbed Silent Hills, will be led by Hideo Kojima, best known for the Metal Gear Solid franchise, and Guillermo Del Toro, who has worked in film since the early 1990’s on such movies as Cronos, Hellboy and Don’t Be Afraid of the Dark. The Walking Dead talent Norman Reedus has been cast as the game’s lead and will be lending both his voice and likeness to the project.

As a recent post to NeoGAF points out, you can see the reveal yourself in this Twitch footage at the 1:16:00 mark.
