New video shows off Assassin’s Creed Chronicles: India gameplay

With all the rumors about the next big Assassin's Creed title, you might have forgotten about Ubisoft's other upcoming Assassin's game — Assassin's Creed Chronicles: India. Don't worry, because we've got a new gameplay trailer to remind you.

The second of three planned installments (the last one took place in China and it centered around Shao Jun), the the story will shift gears and heads to India where you must stop the Templars. Here is the official description from a blog post from Ubisoft.

Assassin's Creed Chronicles: India drops players into 1841, when conflict was starting to brew between the British East India Company and India’s Sikh Empire. Of course, the Templars have a hand in it all, but Arbaaz’s concerns are more immediate; on a quest to stop the Templars from stealing the Koh-i-Noor Diamond, he’ll also need to steal back a familiar artifact while working to protect his lover, Princess Pyara Kaur.

Assassin's Creed Chronicles: India will be available to download on Januarary 12 for PS4, Xbox One and PC. The next Chronicles game will take place in Russia and will release next month on Feabuaray 9th.
