New Wii U bundle comes with Mario Kart 8 and all DLC

Nintendo has announced a new Wii U bundle featuring a lot more content. Included will be a pre-installed digital copy of Mario Kart 8 along with two codes for the game's DLC, which can be redeemed on the eShop.

The DLC comes with new tracks, a Mercedes-Benz DLC car along with characters such as Cat Peach, Tanooki Mario, Bowser, Isabelle, Shy Guys and Yoshi. The pack will be available this Friday, September 11th for the standard Wii U price of $299.99. Mario Kart 8 is the best selling game in the franchise and launched earlier this year among great fanfare. It's available exclusively for the Wii U and the 3DS version wasn't able to handle the advances made in the game from Mario Kart 7

The bundle is available at certain retailers this Friday alongside the Super Mario Maker release as well. Be sure to read our Mario Maker review if you plan on picking up the game or one of the bundles
