New Witcher 3: Wild Hunt screenshots are almost too good to be true

The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt is a little over a month away. We are so close to seeing the game's release. As a follow-up to the gameplay trailer that CD Projekt Red released last week (and the subsequent announcement of the DLC), the developers have released a set of four 4K images.

The images might take a while to download, 4K image files can be quite large and honestly, unless you have a 4K monitor — you might as well settle for a 1080p look at the 4K images.

The first image seems a little familiar — it's the tower we see about a minute into the gameplay trailer (linked above).

Here they are, downsized for your viewing pleasure:

A lonely tower, is it abandoned?

Sometimes you have to beat some sense into others.

Old, abandoned and probably dangerous.

These animals can riip you apart in seconds if you're not careful.

Catch them in full 4K here, thanks to CD Projekt Red.
