Blizzard has announced plans to reveal the next expansion for World of Warcraft during Gamescom 2015. This will be a follow-up expansion to Warlords of Draenor which released in November 2014, which raised the level cap from 90 to 100, and added a new difficulty for raids as well as a new meta game in the form of Garrisons.
At 9 a.m. PDT on August 6th, Blizzard will be streaming Gamescom live from Cologne, Germany. On Sunday, August 9 at 8 a.m. PDT Blizzard will have a World of Warcraft developer chat before the show ends, where they will go into more detail on the upcoming expansion.
Keep your eyes on Blizzard's Gamescom 2015 page to catch the livestream! We have yet to hear about what the expansion will focus on, but we can still hope for an Emerald Dream expansion. I guess this means I should finish leveling up my toons to 100 and so will you. You know you will be back in Azeroth; you can't say no… No one can.
