Last year, Microsoft's Xbox One outsold the PlayStation 4 during the holiday season thanks to some amazing deals and awesome bundles. This year, the company is hoping for the same as it spent this past week revealing five new bundles for 2015. One of those bundles — the Xbox One Gears of War: Ultimate Edition Bundle — features the Cirrus White 500GB console along with a controller and the full-game download for Gears of War: Ultimate Edition.
Available exclusively in the U.S. at Walmart in November, the retailer starting early with the holiday discounts. Regularly priced at $349, pre-ordering this bundle at Walmart (for now at least) will knock $20 off, meaning you can get it for just $329.
While we saw the price of certain Xbox One bundles dip to $329 during last year's Black Friday, it's interesting to see not just the discount applied to a new bundle, but how early it's happening. If this is a sign of what consumers can expect, get ready for a holiday season of amazing gaming deals.
