Comic-Con was the place for Capcom-related announcements this weekend thanks to Capcom’s Street Fighter panel. Street Fighter IV’s producer, Yoshinori Ono, told attendees that additional costumes are on the way. No word on pricing or a definite release date.
This comes after a load of announcements relating to Street Fighter, such as additional MVC3 characters, Street Fighter X Tekken and Street Fighter III: 3rd Strike Online.
It feels as if this single panel made Capcom’s Comic-Con announcements bigger than their E3 stuff. Then again, that may be a smart move, seeing as how they are currently receiving a lot of attention they normally wouldn’t receive packed within the insanity that is E3.
